The Recruitment Coordinator position has responsibility for timely and accurate processing of candidate data/information using the Applicant Tracking System, assurance of proper records retention and file maintenance. The incumbent works closely with all business partners to ensure recruitment administration activities are carried out in accordance with agreed processes and procedures. The function of this role is to support the recruiting department and candidates in relation to their applications for roles within the Hertz organization. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring a continuous focus on timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, customer service and quality.
Ensure all incoming queries are answered with "customer satisfaction" being the overall primary objective.Provide administrative assistance and support to the Sr. Director as needed.Respond in a timely manner to candidate, recruiter and hiring manager inquiries and issues received through various mediums utilizing knowledge base and case management tools to assist customers in completing their human resource transactions.Maintain an appropriate knowledge level of HR and Recruitment policies, practices, procedures and services at all times.Ensure strict adherence to the organization’s confidentiality policy.Ensure records are catalogued correctly to meet audit and legal requirements in accordance with established document management standards.Meet or exceed established departmental performance measurements including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity as established by management.Handle administrative duties and special assignments related to departmental needs.Display cooperative teamwork, communication and focus on continuous learning through self-development by attending internal training classes to ensure added value to the team.
*LI-MM1 Mandatory Requirements Educational Background:
Associates degree preferred additional education a plus.Experience in On-line focused recruiting a very strong asset. Professional Experience:
Three to five year of experience in a busy office environment and administration background preferred. Knowledge:
Knowledge of proper customer relationship/customer service practices.Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System.Knowledge of general Human Resource practices preferred. Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to recognize, research and resolve basic issues.Strong time management organizational skills.High level of focus and attention to detail and accuracy in a repetitive environment.Ability to handle high volume of queries while maintaining a positive attitude.Ability to work in a highly structured, measurement-oriented environment.Strong administrative and documentation skills, detail-orientation, and a proficiency with reporting tools and databases.
